Common Questions

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders received on a business day by 12:00pm PST (3:00pm EST) will ship the same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend/holiday will ship the next business day.

If you would like to expedite the shipping of your order, please contact customer service at 877-535-5105 between 8:30am and 5:30pm Pacific time. We will do our best to accommodate your timeframe.

What are the shipping charges?

Free ground shipping via USPS on orders of $50+ to a physical location in the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii). Orders under $50 will ship at a flat rate of $7.45 per order.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, LipoGarments ships to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

How much can I save through Quantity Discounts?

Quantity discounts are based on the number of a single type of product purchased. The breakdown of discounts and savings is located here.

What is the Price Match Guarantee?

At the time of the sale, LipoGarments will match the current regular price of any U.S. retail competitor, amazon.com, or other online-only retailer on a compression garment of the exact same quality, style, size, etc.

Our Price Match Guarantee covers one price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers. A maximum of three products can be ordered on one identical price matched item.

If you find a lower price, email info@lipogarments.com with the competitor’s current price and a link to their product page displaying the price. Please write ‘Price Match’ in the subject line and include your contact information.

Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover:
Any bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in or coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out-of-stock or open-box items, clearance or pre-owned items, deal of the day or daily deals, special hour sale event items, credit card or gift card offers.

Where is the Size Chart?

The size chart is located on each product page in the pull-down menu of the size options. If you have trouble locating the chart, feel free to call us at 877-535-5105 between 8:30am – 5:30pm Pacific time.

Do any of the products contain latex?

The following products DO NOT contain latex:
Compression Pants
Arm Garments
Facial Garments
Abdominal Binders

These products contain natural rubber latex content:
Compression Bras (shoulder strap and chest band)
Breast Augmentation Wrap (covered by polyester yarn)

What are my payment options?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options to complete your order. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Outside California: Sales tax is not charged on products shipped outside California.

Within California: On products shipped within California, LipoGarments charges the applicable state sales tax rate based on the shipping location.
Resale accounts: To set up a California resale account, email a completed California Resale Certificate to info@lipogarments.com. Blank resale certificate forms are available at www.boe.ca.gov

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order is ready to be shipped.

What is the Return Policy?

LipoGarments guarantees that all garments sold on our website will be free from defects caused by materials or workmanship.  All garments are checked prior to shipment to ensure quality construction.

Compression garments are designed to be tight fitting in order to perform their necessary functions. If you have determined that an incorrect size was ordered, we will bill and ship a second garment in your desired size at half off our regular internet prices. Please contact us with the size desired and your authorization to process the associated transaction. Since these types of compression garments are considered medical devices, we are unable to provide a refund on garments that were ordered incorrectly, however we will be happy to assist you in obtaining a Lipo-Garments product that will suit your needs.

Describe the return process.

Due to the medical nature of the products and health regulations, we will refuse the return/exchange of a garment if it appears to be soiled or stained, shows signs of wear, is altered or laundered or is returned in an unsaleable condition.

It is strongly recommended that you refrain from wearing perfume, lotions, etc. when trying on the garment. Wear panties and cover any incisions, drains and any open wounds.

To start the return process, send an email to info@lipogarments.com with (a) the reason for your return, (b) the order number and specific product/name and (c) your contact information. A return authorization number (RA#) and the address to ship the package will be supplied within 1 business day. Please write the RA# on the outside of the shipping box or bag. Garments will not be accepted without a RA#.

Outbound shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

When will a refund or credit appear on my account?

Due to the medical nature of the products and health regulations, we will refuse the return/exchange of a garment if it appears to be soiled or stained, shows signs of wear, is altered or laundered or is returned in an unsaleable condition. Credits and refunds on returned Lipo-Garments products that are unused and in a resaleable condition are usually processed within two (2) business days from the time we receive your item. The amount is returned to the original form of payment. The time for a credit to appear on your statement is determined by the credit card company or PayPal.
